By my submitting this online application I confirm that:

1. I am aware of the fact that Joyhouse Academy is a private school at which payment of school fees is compulsory in order to secure continued admission for the term.
2. I am aware of the school fees and other additional costs payable and am also aware that no refunds will be given within the term.
3. I am also aware that if failed to pay school fees on time/failed to make arrangements to pay with the school or do not honor this arrangement, my account will be handed over to the school’s attorneys and additional fee will be charged.
4. I am aware that, should I wish to remove my child(ren) from the school, I am required to give one term’s notice or make payment of a term’s fee in lieu of notice before removing my child(ren) from Joyhouse Private School.
5. I accept that I am a co-principal debtor for payment of school fees together with my spouse and any additional “Person Responsible for Payment of School Fees” as set out in Section D of the Learner Registration form.
